Gynostemma extract is derived from an herb native to Southeast Asia, celebrated for its neuroprotective and adaptogenic qualities. Gynostemma also supports hair health. Studies indicate it can prevent hair loss and promote growth, making it a common ingredient in shampoos and conditioners. Furthermore, it maintains skin hydration and balance, reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots due to antioxidant effects.

The extract enhances digestion by increasing pepsin secretion, relieving bloating, constipation, and flatulence, and correcting digestive imbalances.

Lastly, Gynostemma eases stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality and melatonin levels. This helps extend total sleep time and enhance sleep stages, leading to better sleep and wakefulness.
