Feminine energy is something you recognize when you encounter it. It’s gentle, nurturing, and values self-worth. It naturally attracts without trying. This powerful energy is worth embracing, but how do you tap into it if you feel your femininity has been suppressed or overlooked?

Many women grow up in environments that don’t appreciate traditional femininity. You might have been criticized for being “too girly” in your youth. To avoid unwanted attention or judgment, perhaps you’ve toned it down over the years. Unfortunately, there are various reasons why women feel the need to hide their feminine side.

The good news is that as a woman, this energy is always within you. You just need to learn how to access it and use it in healthy ways.

A woman open to new experiences and a good listener is nurturing and self-expressive. An emotional, imaginative, and intuitive woman embraces her creativity. Here are some steps to embrace your feminine energy:

Engage with your body to access your inner power. When you’re disconnected, it’s tougher to feel empowered. Activities like yoga, pilates, dance, or even a walk in nature can help. The key is to listen to what your body needs, which will make it easier to access this energy.

6. Avoid Comparisons
